Problem with split rows bucket

I upgraded from Kibana 5 to 6. Most of my visualizations works but some dont. I found out that as soon as a visualization has a split rows bucket, no data is displayed. When I remove it the data is shown but not in the way I want it.

Is there a common problem with split row buckets?

Can you please elaborate with more screenshots here. It would be helpful to see your visualizations before and after the upgrade.
Meanwhile I will try on my set up.
