Question about licensing

Hi,
we are using ElasticSearch 6.x,
With oracles announcement below,

Will this have any impact on licensing that we should consider?

It's not really clear why you think the Oracle change would impact Elasticsearch sorry.

Hi, thanks for the response, yes i meant licensing for ElasticSearch, if we were to plan to use it for commercial purposes.

Licensing for Elasticsearch is not related to licensing for java.

If you are using Elasticsearch for any use case then the Apache 2 and Elastic licenses apply depending on what functionality you use. See here for more info.
