I'm currently trying to set up an alert that makes our support phone ring but I have no idea where to start to do this manipulation.
If somebody already try it i would like to know the recipe.

Welcome to the Elastic community.
You may need to find a platform that provides voice support and allows you to add triggers. For example, Twilio supports voice notifications.
Once you finalize the platform, you can configure a webhook on the Elastic alert. Whenever an alert is triggered, it will relay to the voice notification platform via the webhook, and you will receive a phone call alert.
Im not realy sure how to do the configuration of twilio on Elastic do you have maybe a documentation or a procedure to do it? That will realy help. I see that somebody already try to put twilio but i dont know where i see the configration?
