Remove mappings, patterns, templates that I dont need

There appears to be so much information in Elasticsearch that I dont need. Or at least I dont think that I do. For instance if I take a look at one of my Filebeat indexes GET /filebeat-6.5.3-2019.01.01 I see dynamic templates for Docker, Apache2, and others. We dont use Docker or Apache so do I need these? If not can I hide or remove them from the system.
