Reporting error forbidden kibana

I got the error "reporting error forbidden kibana" when I'm trying to download the CSV file from Kibana...
User privileges are kibana_user, reporting_user.

Hi, you might have seen it already, but there's a little tutorial in the docs for how to configure Kibana: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/secure-reporting.html

Could you go through the steps and check whether you got all of that covered? Index permissions, space permissions, and so on.

Also, which version of Kibana are you running?

I did kibana configurations in https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/secure-reporting.html but I got the same error.

Also generating the CSV file worked properly a few days ago...

Also, there is the same error when using superuser(elastic user).

What is your recommendation to solve this problem?
