Reschedule ECE/technical issu

Hello team. Since I encountered the technical issue with Zoom before starting the assessment, proctor asked me to log out and log in to restart. Otherwise when I tried to log in again, there is no exam scheduled for me at timing.

Proctor also advised tried to reschedule because it takes his time. Does anyone can help on how to reschedule the exam?

I have tested all system and connect with friend by zoom, all are normally except the time to take exam.

Is there any chance to reschedule exam? Or I will lost the exam fee? Thanks in advance for your feedback.
