Role reporting user is showing deprecated

OS - 22.04
ES - 7.17.0
kibana - 7.17.23

we are working on one requirement for user management so one user it is require to use reporting_user role for download CSV report.

but this role is showing deprecated so what is the alternative option for the same for different user to download csv report?
