I am configuring the community version of the elastic stack and am in a nutshell of a way to create alerts sending, can you please kindly indicate me some documentation on how to set up sending of changes.

The open sorce and default distribution of the Elastic Stack with basic license does not support alerting. It will require a commercial license or use of some third-party component/plugin.
