I'm using version 8.6.0 in elastic cloud.
I would like to know if it is possible to show the export button in lens table as well as in the data table in aggregation based (as shown in the figure below).

no that is not possible in Lens.
That is just a shortcut for Inspect > Download CSV that applies to any visualization.
Or in Lens you have also an additional action shortcut for formatted CSV download as:
