Single Kibana to talk to Two different ES

Hi,
I have one instance of Kibana which is talking to my ES. however i have started tracking user activity on my kibana and posting data to the same ES. However i want to post data to some other ES, and then setup another kibana instance to talk to this new ES for logs metrics. How can i do that?

You need to leverage a Tribe node in ES.

I dont think that would help me solve the problem.
how would i know which ES cluster i am posting data. also tribe node does not allow index creation which i would need.

How are you tracking user data in KB?

Actually i am tracking the clicks user made and posting new documents to ES. Are you certain there is no other way to post data to a different ES. somewhat like creating a new instance of ES client?
