I just tried to change my email address on my account page, https://discuss.elastic.co/u/spottedmahn/preferences/account, but when I click on the email link I get:

Sorry, this confirmation link is no longer valid. Perhaps your email was already changed?

I didn't know the right place to post this message so I just dumped it in the Elasticsearch category. Happy to move it to the "right" place .

possibly some browser extension of yours visited this link already?

Just to be sure I understand: Did you email address change or not? And do you get this invalid also when you try this a second time?

Apparently it did work as I got your response alert w/ my new email address and my preferences has my new email address listed.

And do you get this invalid also when you try this a second time?

I only tried once.

I'm gtg . Maybe it was a temporary glitch . Out of curiosity I'll have to try it again though

I tried my personal gmail account, no issues. I tried my work account again, same problem.
