Hi all,
I've installed the latest ELK stack on CentOS. Since I don't like how the things are sparse using the package installation, I've downloaded and unpacked the tar.gz. Now I want to have a /etc/init.d/ start/stop script.
Can anyone suggest me how can I make it (avoiding a rude "nohup" start from the /bin folder)?
Thanks,
Marco
Hey,
if you install the RPM packages from our repositories, you will get start/stop scripts.
