Strigo Lab asks to create a new account

I just started the Kibana Data Analyst On Demand Training course.
Following the video instructions, I expected to be taken to a Unix like prompt, however Strigo insists on creating an account. I tried using the same email I registered to register for the class, and it says that there are no associated instances.

I have this same issue for Elasticsearch Engineering I class, so I'm guessing it's something applied to any class I attempt.

Anyone in Elastic Training able to help?

Hi @KChesney glad you have reached out! You will need to create a Strigo account, which is separate from your training portal credentials.
