Switch search index to new index

Hi,
use case: I have an my-index and restored(renamed) restored-my-index , currently my enterprise search engine searches from the my-index

Question: Is it possible to switch search from my-index to restored-my-index without any downtime in search / or closing the my index/ or read/write disable ?
