I have an Azure Elastic Search resource with an Enterprise Subscription monthly billled, but I need to request support and I cannot do it because Technical Support is Unavailable and after try to create a Billing support respond that my subscription expired on 2/7/2024 and therefore your case has been Suspended. No work will be performed until the subscription is renewed. Please contact your Elastic sales rep EBS Integration (ebs-integrations-user@elastic.co). We don't have any Sales Rep only Azure Subscription and Azure support send us to Elastic in a loop.
If you know how to procedd with this issue, please let me know, thanks in advance.
DM Me your Elastic ORG ID... You can find that in the Elastic Cloud Console
and your contact information including email and company information I will see if I can find the right people.

Thanks for your reponse @stephenb and sorry for not see on time (was nigth for me), the guys that works with me in another time zone reach someone by the generic email that fix that problem. Now the service and support was linked. Regards
