When viewing our log data, all the functions/services regarding the 'time range' filter stopped working altogether for the last few days.
For instance, on the 'discover' tab, there used to be a graph that visualized the time series data shown on the top; the graph isn't there anymore.
The cluster ID is "3b4627". Could you look over this problem?
Did you resolve your problem? Looks like you're using Elastic Cloud? If so, you might want to post your question in the Cloud channel?
Whether you're on Cloud or not, what's the source of your data? Logstash, a beat, something else? Can you check on if that process is still writing data to Elasticsearch?
