Timeout for visualizations queries in the cloud

is there a way to change the following setting in the cloud kibana.yml?

elasticsearch.shardTimeout: 60000
elasticsearch.requestTimeout: 60000

it gives back:

'elasticsearch.shardTimeout': is not allowed

I'm trying to figure out this one:

I assume this is hosted cloud (cloud.elastic.co)? Most timeouts aren't whitelisted to avoid confusion since the Cloud infra has its own set of (hardwired) timeouts

I recommend pinging support to double check though (https://cloud.elastic.co/help)

(I don't believe you should get that error with Elastic Cloud Enterprise, ie the on-prem virtual Elastic cloud)
