Transerfer index from one server to antoher

I'm using kibana set up with a cluster, elasticsearch and kibana node. have a logstash filter loading data into kibana with filebeat agents.

This was an old servver and contains single node elastisearch data under /nodes. I want copy this index data to my new cluster. how do i do this and have it show in kibana?

You can use either a snapshot and restore or a remote reindex.
