TSVB Metric visualization with dynamic data filter

Hi there,
I have created a TSVB Metric visualization in Kibana with a filter hardcoded in the "Data" -> "Options" section.
I would like to re-use this visualization in a Dashboard where I have a control field (option list) to set a filter, that would get applied to all visualizations in that Dashboard.

Is there a way for a TSVB Metric visualization to read this filter, as set in Kibana by a different visualization (control)?

If the visualizations are all in the same dashboard, they will all get the same filters as context- unless you have disabled this in TSVB by clicking "ignore global filters". The visualization-level filters are combined with the dashboard-level filters to create the final query.
