TSVB Visualization takes only the default index pattern into account

Hi All,

I am new to visualizations/ dashboards for Kibana 7.6.2

TSVB Visualization takes only the default index pattern into account.

We want to create dashboards containing TSVB visualizations from different index patterns. A crude way of doing this is to to change the default index pattern every time before viewing a dashboard.

Is there a way to create TSVB visualizations using non-default index patterns.

You can specificy your index pattern under pannel options

Thanks. That is the issue. That part is greyed out and only shows the default index pattern.

I want to change this to the relevant index pattern which is not default

Just type in the pattern you want...

example default is

filebeat-* in "grayed out"

type in

metricbeat-*
