Unable to disable "Apply custom time range" on visualization on canvas

I have a Vega-Lite visualization that I've added to a canvas. I've switched off "Show title" and "Apply custom time range" in settings but each time the page is reloaded, the "Apply custom time range" is switched back on. Is this some sort of bug or is it working as designed? "Show title" remains switched off.

This seems like a bug. Would you mind opening a new issue in our GitHub repository and providing all the important details (version, reproducible example if possible, etc.)?

**Kibana version:**: 8.15.0 **Elasticsearch version:**: 8.15.0 **Server OS… version:**: Ubuntu 22.04 **Browser version:**: Version 127.0.6533.120 (Official Build) (64-bit) **Browser OS version:**: Windows 10 Enterprise v22H2 build 19045.4529 **Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.):**: apt package **Describe the bug:**: When adding a Vega-Lite visualization on a canvas and switching off both "Show title" and "Apply custom time range" in settings, "Apply custom time range" is switched back on when revisiting the canvas page. **Steps to reproduce:** 1. Create a simple Vega-Lite visualization (vega-sample.json attached). 2. Add to an existing Canvas and in the Settings for the visualization switch off both "Show title" and "Apply custom time range", 3.
