Unable to install plugins in elastic search

Hi I am trying to install the plugin royrusso/elasticsearch-HQ its not working, below is the output.

Raja:bin XXXX$ ./elasticsearch-plugin install file:///Users/XXXX/Downloads/royrusso-elasticsearch-HQ-v2.0.3-2-gfe18bc4.zip

ERROR: elasticsearch directory is missing in the plugin zip

please help me fix this issue.
