Upgrade Elastic Search from 1.7.2 to 2.4.6 not happening

Hi team,

When we are trying to upgrade Elastic Search from 1.7.2 to 2.4.6.It was saying provision in progress and after if we check it still in old version (1.7.2).We’ve tried 3-4 times till now and waited for a long time even.But it’s not going for updated version.Can you please help and let us know why this is not happening and any solution.
