Where are the instructions to upgrade Elasticsearch, Kibana and Enterprise Search from 8.3 to 8.4.x?
I am running this on prem on a single host with the basic license. I have search all over your site and do not find anything.

This sounds like an inconvenient/time consuming upgrade process. I might as well start with a new install. What about Enterprise Search. How do I upgrade that?
