Uptime app dashboards for other datasources

Hi All,

Is there a way where we can use "Uptime app" in kibana for other datasources?

"Uptime app" dashboards are automatically loaded once we install and run the setup of heartbeat. Can we use those dashboards for the data which are not coming from heartbeat?

Hey @Gauti,

The Uptime app is custom-built for heartbeat data. You could in theory use another data source, but the data source would need to conform to heartbeat's index mapping in order to appear in the Uptime app.

@Larry_Gregory I dont want to use Uptime app, but would want to tryout the dashboards alone that are built in uptime app, is that possible by anyways?
