Want to provision the ElasticSearch addon version 6.2.4 specifically in heroku

HI Team,
While iam provisioning the new ES instance, getting the latest version 6.4 But i need a version 6.2.4 for specifically as standard.

Can you please help me to provision ES aadon in heroku with 6.2.4 version either in heroku GUI or in CLI command.
