Watcher default timezone

Hi Team,
How to configure default timezone for watcher?

My ELK stack is in PDT, i am writing watcher alerts and found that query condition (now,now-15m) are failing. Then i noticed, all ctx timestamp values are in UTC, e.g.:

triggered_time
scheduled_time
execution_time

Hey,

all times are UTC by default, so should all the data you are indexing in order to ensure that the mentioned queries work. Can you explain are concrete issue with this maybe?

It was for watcher actions, in payload i was getting all time fields in UTC.
