We can't find products matching the selection

Hi, I have installed Elasticsearch onto a Magento 2.4 site. I keep receiving the error "We can't find products matching the selection" after a period of time of the Elasticsearch working.

Please can anyone advise?

Ok, firstly when I try to connect via the command
"curl -X GET http://160.153.245.42:9200" it doesn't connect.

What are the full elasticsearch logs?
