Wget -qO - https://artifacts.elastic.co/GPG-KEY-elasticsearch | sudo apt-key add - no response loading for long time

Hey guys
Im trying to install logstash and the very first command is
wget -qO - https://artifacts.elastic.co/GPG-KEY-elasticsearch | sudo apt-key add -
as given in the steps to install in this link Installing Logstash | Logstash Reference [7.12] | Elastic

But when i execute this this what in getting

This is what happens it is just blank and nothing happens after that
Not sure what is wrong here

@warkolm I totally don't know about you, I could clearly see the picture when i Click that and what ever it is in picture ,I have mentioned it in my message . If you are having an answer for this I would really appreciate or if you need more details I would be happy to provide .
