What does "include related object" mean in Export?

Hi.

I am trying to export my dashboard that uses multiple visualizations. When I export it, there is option called "include related objects". I am not sure what it means. I tried exporting with and without it and compared it, but it didn't make much sense to me.

Can you please explain to me what this mean and how it can be used?

Say you export a dashboard.

Related objects would be the index pattern and visualizations to makeup that dashboard. Without those the dashboard wouldn't work.
