Hello, all. I have x-pack basic installed on one of my clusters. I'm looking to change the daily indices that are created into weekly. Is this possible? I know there are settings I can insert into the kibana.yml file to change the frequency at which the x-pack indices time to live expires (defaults to 7 days) and change the interval at which a monitoring log is created (10 seconds). But is there a way to change the range that's used to create a monitoring index (from 1 day to 1 week). Thanks in advance for any responses.
Hey Matthew, take a look at https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/6.1/monitoring-settings.html#http-exporter-settings. I think you can change index.name.time_format to YYYY.ww to specify a weekly range.
