I'm using Kibana 6 with ES 6.3. I have an index with ~20K fields. When using this index, Kibana is very slow to respond and I get the following error quite frequently when trying to use visualizations.
Has anyone else run into this error? Is there a recommendation for using Kibana 6 for an index with a large number of fields?

this looks like a bug.
Kibana had a similar issue before (https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/6573), which was addressed, but apparently it occurs in other scenarios as well.
I would log this as a bug report in the kibana repo https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/new
@thomasneirynck I have created https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/32153, though haven't received a reply on it. Do you know of any other ways to get a preliminary look at this issue?
