About Kibana version compatibility with ElasticSearch version upgrade

I have a question about compatibility between ElasticSearch and Kibana versions.

ElasticSearch has been upgraded as follows.
(Old) 6.5.4
(New) 7.8.0

I was wondering if it would be necessary to upgrade Kibana with the version upgrade of ElasticSearch, and to what version does Kibana guarantee compatibility?
Kibana version: 6.5.4

Hello,

You should always run the same versions of Kibana and Elasticsearch. There will be significant differences in the two versions you listed.
