Adding Custom plugin on Elastic Cloud

Trying to add plugin (.zip) through the Extensions tool. But I can't choose "installable plugin". Says it is not supported by my subscription. No additional information and nothing in the documentation.
I am on Enterprise subscription. Is there any way to add a custom plugin to my cluster?

If you have an enterprise subscription then your best option is to open a support ticket.

The most likely explanation is that the system doesn't think you have an enterprise subscription, and in order to work out why that is we would need various details from you that are better managed via an official support ticket.

Well I tried submiiting a ticket but the 'technical support' option is disable for some reason.

It sounds very much like you don't have a paid subscription, or at least our system doesn't believe you have a paid subscription.

How did you subscribe?


It is very much not likely when I check my billing status. I am an admin in my organization and I'm subscribed through gcp market place.

It sounds like you'll need to open a case by email. I can't explain why the system is simultaneously telling you that you aren't entitled to technical support and also have premium support.
