Agents upgradeable or not

Hello everyone,

I have just upgraded my cluster to 8.12.2, now some of my agents are upgradeable, others (including the fleet server) are not.

All of them are installed from tarballs and were able to be upgraded before.

Any hints on where to look for possible causes?
