Alerting: Email is not sent

Good day dear Elastic community,

I have a small problem where I can not find the solution. Namely, I have defined a rule under "Alterts and Insights" in Stack Management. If this rule is set to "Active", an email should be sent to me. 2 weeks ago I got the email. But now it does not work anymore. When I test the email connector, I get an email. So this should work.

Can someone possibly help me with this problem?
