Alerting in Elastic search

Dear All,

Could you please help me to understand how can i implement alerting without watcher.
Currently i have installed Elastic Search version "7.3.0".
I have installed elastalert and it was successfully installed,but while doing configuration with elasticsearch it is generating an error:
command : $elast-create-index

If anybody has already implemented alerting without watcher,could you please help.

you may be better off asking in the elastalert forums/discussion groups/github repo for help, as this is a different alerting than what is part of the Elastic Stack.
