We want to configure simple alerts in Elasticsearch, like send an E-Mail if an error message arrives. We looked at ElastAlert and 411, but both seem to not work with Elasticsearch 6.x.
Is there any working solution for Elasticsearch 6.x.?
https://www.elastic.co/products/x-pack/alerting will work with every version of Elasticsearch that is released, the day it is released.
Does this feature need a gold license or above?
That is correct.
Unfortunately we cannot afford to buy a x-pack licence, so we are looking for an alternative.
