Is there a way to trigger a webhook or reach out any external resource with the basic license using the Alerts monitoring?
Unfortunately no, it is not possible, the basic license only have 2 actions available, the Index action, which will write the alert into an index and the log action, which will log the alert on Kibana log.
The alternative is to use a third-party tool like ElastAlert2.

Hi @leandrojmp, thanks for taking a look, I thinkg you solved my problem.
elastalert2 is looking good, I thing is good fit for what I want to do I was also thinking to use Grafana.,
So what I would do is create a connector to a new index and send the alerts to that index and monitor the index for new records every X time, with Grafana or elastalert2.
