Are you getting 403's when downloading? Please read here first

Hello! I'm not gonna do this nonsense and text my ip addresses here.
It's better to change the solution than to break the internet with elastic. Sorry but it's true.

vector - ok. It works
fluentd - ok. It works
nxlog - ok. It works
fluentbit - ok. It works
Elastic - NO

@qwerty1q2w

As stated in the first post you can DM your IP.

You can DM your IP to @carly.richmond, and she can take a look.

We appreciate your patience...

Thanks for flagging! I've raised a ticket and will come back with an update as soon as I can.

Hey Mark,

We are also blocked, could you please allow our network?

$ curl ipinfo.io
{
  "ip": "178.238.213.249",
  "hostname": "249.213.238.178.reverse.capitris.hu",
  "city": "Budapest",
  "region": "Budapest",
  "country": "HU",
  "loc": "47.4984,19.0404",
  "org": "AS49795 ADERTIS Kft.",
  "postal": "1188",
  "timezone": "Europe/Budapest",
  "readme": "https://ipinfo.io/missingauth"

Our network range is: 178.238.213.0/24

Thanks.
Cheers,
Zoltan

@adertisnoc I've had confirmation your IP has been added to the allowlist. I would recommend giving some time to propagate, but if you're still having issues in a couple of days just let us know.

Hello, Carly, any update?

Thanks for the nudge @dimetrius. The team checked those ranges and it looks like they are owned by a server hosting company that provides services to a sanctioned country. Therefore they have confirmed that those ranges are not to be unblocked.

Hope that update helps.

Any update?

Looks like the IP for Zurich has been added to the allowlist @oli.girling. Let us know if you're still having issues!

Hello, our server in Germany is getting 403 errors.

}

Alternately, our IPv6 address is 2a01:367:c204::17:184

Issue raised @mvkfg. I'll report back when I have any update.

Ticket raised @PeLbmaN. I'll keep you updated.

Any update please? We would love to get this project off the ground as soon as we can.

Any reason why this is happening? I am a bit shocked as Elastic if known to be the gold standard in it's field.

Meanwhile, could I please ask to unblock the following server?

{
  "ip": "45.148.29.224",
  "city": "Tuusula",
  "region": "Uusimaa",
  "country": "FI",

  "readme": "https://ipinfo.io/missingauth"
}
