Building my own custom kibana docker image from source code

hello, i've searched for some ways to build my own kibana docker image from cloned source code using 8.11.4 version

i found several links but those are all outdated (kibana 6.xx or 7.xx) and does not work.

Is there any official documentation? or can you give me some simple guides to build my own docker images?
