Can I change the elastic built-in user password?

Hi, I was wandering if I can change the password of the elastic user. after its set trough bin/elasticsearch-setup-passwords ?

Yes you can with Kibana UI or API.

After you set a password for the elastic user, the bootstrap password is no longer active and you cannot use this command. Instead, you can change passwords by using the Management > Users UI in Kibana or the Change Password API.
