Can I make an admin account that can temporarily block all other users accessing Kibana?

Hi,

I have encountered a problem where lots of people are trying to access Kibana at once and it causes it to run slowly/struggle. Lots of these connections are non critical ones but sometimes it is critical that the admin account can access things but others are slowing it down. Is it possible to create a setting/log in account that blocks all other accounts being able access Kibana while it was online? That way the admin would always be able to see issues without having to gamble that others aren't having a look at that moment in time.

Hello Ed,

unfortunately this isn't possible right now. But, you can control which parts of Kibana they will access by using spaces and feature controls. Please read the following blogposts and they should help.
