Cannot set custom data view for a bar chart in Kibana Lens

Hello. Seems like there is a bug in Kibana Lens when I try to set custom data view for the one of my dashboard components (a bar chart). Here are the steps to follow:

1. Add bar chart to dashboard
2. Bar chart will have some default data view. Select some other data view for this bar chart
3. Press "Save and return" in top right corner
4. Press "settings" of the bar chart (in its top right corner) and select "Edit Lens"
   Expectation: bar chart's data view is the one which we selected on step 2.
   Reality: bar chart's data view is still the default one.

Where are you changing the DataView: from the top left corner (on top of the fields list) or in the Chart layer (top right corner)?

Also, what version of the stack do you have?

I was changing data view in top left corner. Thanks to your reply, I have noticed another data view dropdown in the Chart layer. After I changed the data view here, everything works now.
