I am creating my own Kibana module. In order to do this I have used the "Hello World" plugin creator and I am using sample code for EUI Tables from: https://elastic.github.io/eui/#/display/tables

Would you please let me know how this code should be licensed/attributed so I do not accidentally infringe any copyrights?

My Kibana module will be open source (of some kind).
