Tell me, please, whether it is possible to remove the "Count" column when building a table, which is added by default in the "Metrics"

Having a data table without metrics is currently not possible. However, there is a plugin by @fbaligand attached to the feature request here:

Yes, you can do it using kibana enhanced-table plugin, which is like a data table but with enhanced features :slight_smile:

You can for example hide any column, like "Count" column.
