Controlling feature visibility for spaces

I am trying to figure out how to control feature visibility for a space as documented here:

I installed Kibana 7.1 and cannot find this feature in the management section. Please let me know how to access it and if any configuration is needed to enable it.

In the management section, click Spaces

This will bring up a screen showing your spaces. Select the space you want to manage

Click show to view the feature visibility martrix

Is this specific only to paid licenses? I do not see that section in my Spaces management.

@wwalker, the feature that @Nathan_Reese previewed is actually available in version 7.2 of Kibana, which should be released in the near future. It's a free feature, no need to pay!
