Controlling scale on Y-axis

Please suggest if it is possible to control the scale on y -axis while creating line chart visualization.
Problem statement- The data is going beyond 20k and does not contains any entry below 10k so is there any way we can change the starting of scale from 10k instead of “0”

If you click on the options tab, there should be a way to set the y-axis extents and scale type
