Create visualization table horizontally aligned

Hello,
Is there a possibility to create a new visualization to look like this:

||column_name ||column_value||
||column_name ||column_value||

And display information only on a row from an index.

The only way to see individual documents is through discover and saved searches. On a dashboard, for a given saved search panel, you can click on the diagonal arrows icon and see a full vertical view of your document with the shape you want.
