Customize Date range not appearing in visualization gear icon

Hi,
I want to customize Date range not appearing in visualization gear icon.
I want to show chart for past 7 days for only this visualization.
But this option cannot be seen. I can only see Edit this tile.

Any idea why?

The issue is with all visualizations in a dashboard.
It should show customize time range...but it is not showing

This topic is not a question but somthing like feature request?
I don't think such customize function SHOULD be there.

One way to filter by customized date range is just using filtering function in each visualization. This is an example.
